Dieting and vacations...not a good combination!

 
I am so proud to say that I have reached my 25 pound weight loss mark. It hasn’t come without much hard work and determination but I must admit how proud I am of myself that I have been able to accomplish this mark. It boosts such feelings when a coworker I haven’t seen in a while comments on how much weight I have lost. Oh and the problem of having to get rid of not one but two outfits that I have grown out of…well that’s a good problem to have I’d say! It looks like I’ll be able to start planning that trip come July if I can stay on track, which I plan on doing. I first must make it through May. My family and I will be making our first trip to Disney World then (see below pic of Gracie’s Chain to Disney World) and I can already foresee delicious temptation at every turn. Ugh….I must stay strong. But the Dole Whip sounds so dang good! No worries though. I’m on vacation and though I’m not going to eat everything in sight, I’m certainly not going to spend my time stressing over every bite that goes into my mouth. What kind of vacation would that be?! Thankfully, our resort has running trails so I’m very excited about that! I can’t wait to share pictures and hopefully the blog about how I DIDN’T gain any weight. Stay tuned!
